Is there anyone out there who still plays a older Madden? Which one?

I come on this forum everyday to see what everyone has to say about the new Madden.. So i decided to dust off an old copy of Madden just to see how far we have come. And im sad to say NOT FAR AT ALL! Im currently playing Madden 08
for PS2 and im having more fun playing this then any new Gen Madden. Listen to these features:


1. College Allstar Game
2. Rookie Workouts (Where u actually use them in drills)
3. An actual training camp
4. A newspaper that reports on every team in the NFL
5. Ability to change teams (sounds formilar)
6. QB vision (which as a debatable feature)

To me it seems like EA isn't giving us new features but going back to the features that made us love the game in the first place. Tell me what you think?

I play 2011 on PS2 more than I do on my Xbox 360. I cant seem to let go, not because it's PS2, but because it just plays better.

I never played the newer versions on PS2.. How are they?

Dusted off Madden 06 for PS2 and NCAA 06 for the draft classes because the wait for M12 was annoying me; fell into absolute heaven playing those again.

I've been playing the Super Bowl in Madden 10 recently (like simmed to the Super Bowl)

The Redskins have won like 8 Superbowls now

03 Gamecube(my favorite) 05/07 PS2 and 08 Wii. What I love about 03 GC is how the weight of the player is represented,the tackling and the graphics
