Do custom stadium sounds mess with in game sounds?

Now,I only use a few custom stadium sounds,I like to keep TDs standard so I can hear in game sounds,for example I played as Purdue and the train never sounded off when I scored a TD,NC state has the wolfcry but it's too muffled,Virgina Tech doesn't even do the gobble anymore,and FSU has their chant which hardly ever plays,they were in last years game even w/ custom sounds...
