Disabled List Glitch/MLB DL Rules Question.

Whenever a player is ifirst placed on the DL everything goes properly yet whenever the initial time is completed and I leave the player on the DL the time it says for their return is always the time remaining on the injury. I.E. It will say 24 days when there on the 15 day or 100+ for the 60 day DL. This occurs whether or not I select Auto or the other DL options given when prompted. (Injury controll is set to manual)
Also, some players who are listed on the franchise screen as 60 day DL, are listed as 15 day on their player cards. If I select them the option appears to move them but it wont allow me to move them.
So could a player be left on the DL any amount of days after the initial 15 or 60 days by use of a retroactive date as long as the player is never activated or does leaving the player on the DL require the spend the 15 or 60 days regardless?
