How will Online be this year?

I'm hearing there might be online association.
I'm hearing it might be this same as this year (which really sucked)

Im praying this year will be the best online 2k gives us, How come is so hard to revamp the online system & bring it back in the 2k8 days? the majority of us love that... this year online was a joke, Quick Game> Ranked>? no lobbies or HOF or anything like that damn.

We need online ILL like 2k8 bac in da days.. HOF Ranked Lobbies.. Make it so ppl can chat so have Ranked lobbies have Chat Enabled.. Text only will b good enough.. Have weekly n monthly rank tournies n Prizes so ppl can try n b in top 5 or 3 for a reason. For teamup, my crew n one on one games.

Show the opponent records b4 every game n their connection aka dnf.. Save playbooks, settings so we dont have to do it every gm come on 2k.. Make this all happen n most of all make it so it works..

I don't like the idea of Ranked Lobbies, because people can easily just play their friends and get an easy record.

Anything ranked should be completely random

but I do think they should show your record when you're about to play somebody, this way people can actually take pride when their playing online.

Then it has to be a search option. If u in da top 100 den u can play any1 in da top 100 or top 500.. Idk but this random stuff is weak.. Listen bac in days only a small amount would play friends n lose on purpose.. The majority actually takes it serious n will not lose.. N lets be honest regardless there will be cheating. Theres still ppl lagging freethrows, dropglitching?? So it dont matta ppl are still quitting..

N to stop the playing friends stuff all da time.. The rank system has to b elo system like on xbox 2k6. If u keep playin ur friend over n over ur rank wont move up. Say im number one n u r rank 30.. I lose then im rank 15 n u r rank 8 or 6.. But if we keep playin each other then the rank spots wont move as much.. Dats da only way to make online better.. But 2k wont do this cuz they dont care about Online Gamers...

Also how hard is it to show how much time is in the qtr in ur friend list??? For xbox 2k6 on our friend list it showed how much time was left in their game.. For 360 we cant see how much time is left?? Come on 2k wat is this bs??? Real Talk

I agree with everything y'all are saying......Durty, you're right about the online record....they should show it, the only problem with that, which is one im willing to deal with is when someone see your record and backs out. Whether it's because they're lookin' for scrubs to play or just afraid to take a loss....I'd love nuthin more than to beat someone with a better record than me, who probably feels they are gonna or should win.....

Lets say theres no rank lobbies. Then when u select a gm.. After you both select your teams and press start.. Like how 2k9 did it will show record and dnf.. The main thing is tho if you quit or drop before the game starts you get a lost and a quit cuz u backed out.. Thats the number one way to stop from ppl being scared to play good records.. So dont show the record and dnf till after both teams press start for which team you want.. After you press start then if you drop or quit when it shows record then you get a lost.
