It's close between New England and Indianapolis. I'd pick new England because of their team-friendly coach personalities.

In my current Pats Dynasty DLC Pepper Johnson quits every season after winning the Superbowl and the WRC tries to quit as well. I noticed that if I let them leave then my Trainer wants to leave too. I have avoided this by saving after keeping each coach and if one of them try to leave then I quit and reload. I hate that they want to leave but I am sure it has to do with their personalities.

Yeah it has to do with their personalities. To fix it you have to make them a coordinator (OC/DC).

BTW, there are 2 99 ovr trainers in the game, so I always fire my trainer and get one of them. And the WRC is easily replaceable as he has a 5 starting OVR

Both the Patriots and Colts have coaches that leave after every season. For the Pats, I think the most common is Pepper Johnson. For the Colts, Jim Caldwell and their WR coach (Christensen?) seem to always leave.

Yea, it has to do with your personalities. I figure that the Pats and Colts have stellar coaching staffs, but some leave after a year. I was lucky to find Pats DLC Pepper Johnson and QBC Dan Mifflin and land them onto my Lions. 50/50 Colts to Pats. Your choice.
