Problem loading rosters

I have a 360, and i downloaded Fairdale's roster, but whenever i turn my system on i have to redownload the roster in order to get it to load.

Ive saved a new roster file after downloading but then when i go to load that file, the rosters dont load and it stays with the default numbers. Can anyone tell me why please!

Wish I could help. It does the same garbage to me. Did it occasionally in '11 too.

But I guess one benefit is that it keeps me on top of downloading the most recent Community Roster.
