Coach Loyalty and Program Stability.?

I have seen recruits with Most/Very High importance on Program Stability.
The same recruit will have Least/Very Low importance in Coach Loyalty.

Just a question.

Just because a coach is loyal to a school doesn't mean that the coach isn't on the "hot seat" - I believe program stability is based on the school's "feelings" towards the coach
