I'm the OC for Boston College and my top 2 QB's have a 78 rating I'm playing Michigan State and I'm sucking it up with the starter so I put in the back up and he suits my play style better and we come back and win afterwards I go to team management to make him the permant starter and I seen that he gained a point and became a 79 rated QB

Mid-season progression is definitely there, I had ND QB Dayne Crist go from 91 to 95 overall by the time I got to the Orange Bowl.

Yeah I did a Dynasty with South Carolina and I simmed the first season. We had gone undefeated into the National Title game.

I checked, Stephen Garcia had went up to a 93 overall and was second in the Heisman voting. He had a breakout year breaking USC records for passing yards and TD's in a season.

Was pretty cool to see his overall jump so high.

Definitely a huge fan of in-season progression, EA definitely got this right!!!

Same thing happened in my dynasty. For whatever reason, I went into my depth chart, and to my surprise a few of my players progressed by 1, some 2, points. Still trying to figure out what triggered this, cool though.
