It's final who the rebuilding team will be in franchise this year

No doubt in my mind the Seahawks will be the rebuilding team now. They have no solid QB, questionable HB's, Alrite WR, a good potential O-Line which will save u from drafting O-line, shotty D-line, one good LB, an aging CB, and a solid S for the future. I don't believe Sidney Rice is good at all and over hyped so i can see myself trading him for a draft pick n my friend who signed with the chargers if he is in the game, Vidal Hazelton. Mike Williams will be a WR of the future. Can't wait to draft Kellen Moore to be the QB of the future in his home state!! thats actually a scenario i can see play out in real life. What u guys think about them and potential things to do?

My rebuilding team is going to be the Texans. I love their offense and Andre Johnson, and, with the addition of Jonathan Joseph, I will have somewhere to start to beef up that secondary. I might end up shipping Matt Schuab out since I'm not the biggest fan of him and maybe get a high enough pick to draft Andrew Luck.

Yea but they gunna have an A potential QB and a WR who no doubt will be 95ovr in years to come with a solid HB. Defensively yea they are really bad. but that will be no problem if you dont have to worry about skill postions. Plus they have a lot of cap room. I think they are a close second but the only thing the seahawks are set for the future is on the O-Line which is good because who really likes drafting a lineman with a top pick?

I've never played a franchise mode and tried to re-build a team, so to speak. I always only go the Packers (whom I support), but I think with Madden 12, I'm going to give re-building a team a whirl. I'm sure it'll give me some more re playability.

I wouldn't discount the Redskins as a potential rebuilding project, they don't really seem to have many exceptional players overall on offense. Their defense seems half decent with Atogwe (close enough spelling), Orakpo & L Landry on defense. That's the sort of team you could largely implode within a year or two & rebuild anyway you would like.

There are plenty of rebuilding projects that could work anyway you want though. Cleveland's passing game & D, Seattle, Houston into a ground & pound team, Buffalo too. Just a few ideas. One of my franchise's will be with the Pats no doubt but my idea is to try & turn it into a run-oriented, solid defensive team for Brady's final, post retirement years. I've tried doing that in M11 but Brady's still hanging around at 38.

The Texans dont qualify as *rebuilding*...they're always a few pieces on defense away from contending to go along with that high-powered offense
