Custom Stadium and Mascot?

Teambuilder is almost pointless without these options?

Why haven't they brought in the custom creation of stadiums like they used to have, also why can't they have generic mascots you can color like you want?

Case and point why can't I have a eagle that I color Red and Black or a devil I color purple and white? I think this would really help out when making custom teams as right now it doesn't make sense really...
