Best way to play multiple seasons

New to NCAA. Which way should I choose to play if I want to play the same school for like 10 seasons? I saw the dynasty option but I didn't know if I am stuck as the coach of one side of the ball or if I could play the whole game and watch the years and stats pile up.

Pick dynasty, be the head coach. That allows you to play offense, defense & special teams, as well as be in control of all your recruiting, depth chart moves, etc. And if you do well enough to earn contract extensions, you can stay wherever you start for as long as you're good enough to stay.
