Audibles in RTG?

Hey group, my apologies first if this is a topic that already exists (I've looked through the first 4 pages of threads and didn't see this topic). But my RTG MLB finally has the option to audible plays at home but I can't seem to do it. I push "audible" and nothing. Pinch or spread my D-line or backers, nothing. The HUD comes up (the black bar telling you what the buttons do) but no commands seem to work? Thanks in advance.

I am having the same problem with my CB with title update 2 installed. I had reached the point in the RTG before the patch if that matters
