So i have gotten the "G" beside my player name a few times after getting on shooting streaks and was wondering if it has any effect on your ability ?

Hahaha it means your players are gassed. Take them out of the game and give em a breather.

I have found it has little to no effect if there is less than 2:00 minutes remaining ( if playing 10-12 minute quarters).
