Custom Soundtracks on 360slim

I have a Problem and need a solution from my friends.
I have enjoyed the Custom Soundtracks on my 360 playing nfl2k5 for some time now. Thanks to this forum info on how to drag the custom music file and drop it into t data under (partition 3 -compatibility-t data 534500.. etc then the music works on 360. Now the xbox slim 250gb hdd is hooked into my pc through xport,and a modified older cable from a 20gb hdd to transfer to xport.
Once i pulled the 250 hdd from the slim up on xport 360 there is nothing in partition3 now. Only partition 2- and under compatibility, no tdata, no udata and no old xbox saves, even though I have greats roster and franchises saved on new xbox slim hdd already before pulling it up.
Please enlighten me on how I can play new slim with my custom sound.

I now realise i can access the slim hdd with the new usb xplorer v44 and read it as first hdd. The rest is east to figure out. if you have the old xport and a old 360 hdd take apart the hdd and use the wire to connect your slim hdd to your old xport sata.
