There are no words that describe the way that the Morehead State Eagles played today. We knew that this was going to be a easy game for the #2 Wildcats.......BUT NOT THIS EASY!!!!!. John Wall debut with a fine performance of 20 points on 7/13 shooting. The other 2 star freshmen however didnt show up as Demarcus Cousins and Eric Bledsoe combined for 12 points on 3/19 shooting.

The only notable performance from the Wildcats other than John Wall would have to be Patrick Patterson who had 18 points on 7/11 shooting with 6 rebounds and 1 block.

"Morehead State Eagles should be ashamed of themselves. They quit as soon as they fell behind 2-0. I wanted to coach a good game but it looks like that didnt happen.", said the Eagles coach.

The next game is going to be on November 16, 2009 where our Kentucky Wildcats with be facing the Miami University Redhawks @ Rupp Arena. See you there and GO BIG BLUE!!!!!

I am glad you enjoy my legacies. As far as advice goes. I would say do what works for you. I use to do game by game recaps, and give a ton of information and try and get the readers(board members) involved by having them create recruits. It does get your thread more comments and views, but also is alot of work, I find that most people get burned out and their threads don't last very long if they do this.

So this time around I am keeping things simple. Hopefully it will mean less is more (More seasons and a long life) I would love to see Coach Young coach all 40 years. So far the longest I have gone is like 22 seasons.

Obviously with NCAA Football coming out in a couple of weeks and the coaching carosel on it, I am sure College Hoops will take a back seat for awhile but I plan on keeping this legacy going and will have it going strong when March Madness comes around again and more guy's are reading basketball threads vs football threads.

I think you have a good start so far with the fact you are using what looks to be a favorite team. I think that helps. I do that with Football, but with basketball I have always enjoyed the challenge of starting with a small school and working my way up.
