NCAA football 12 Conference Alignment

Hello all,
I am new to this site, but I am no new comer to the NCAA Football franchise. I am a college junkie. I have been trying to make my dynasty experience better and I hope to do so in this year’s copy of NCAA Football 12. I have come up with 8 conferences and I would like to get everyone’s input on it. I plan on adding 12 created teams to these divisions.
You’ll see the Pac 16, Big 10 (16teams), Big 16, SEC with 16 teams, ACC with 16 teams, Conference USA with 16 teams. The Big East and WAC conference both will have 12 teams. I plan on dropping the Big East as BCS qualifier, and adding Conference USA to take their spot. Please if you have any questions about any of these divisions… feel free to ask. I would like everyone’s input and any suggestions to make this a more dynamic dynasty. Thanks and I look forward to everyone’s response.

I still don't understand why people do this. I prefer realistic conferences. I might make changes after 2013-2014 in my OD, but nothing too drastic. It will definitely be something realistic, though, like moving A&M and Clemson to the SEC.....

That's the response I anticipated, which is cool. What I'm wondering is why? People here put so much emphasis on making the game realistic and simulating football, but then they go and cancel it out by throwing all these nonsense conferences together. Like I said, it's cool that we have that option, but I just don't understand the phenomenon.

I do this to make conference games more challenging. I do this to limit teams going undefeated. I do it because I perfer a challenge. You should do it... try it for a couple of seasons and tell me what you think.

Yea I used to be all about realism too. But after all the years of playing NCAA and starting dynasties, I get bored playing the same teams every year. So this year I'm drastically changing every conference so the top 48 are in the top 4 bcs conferences and having musical chairs for new conference members the following. It will all be based on the previous year. If you have a bad year you can be kicked out. It will be interesting to see USC struggle and temple come from nowhere to be a top program while winning in the toughest conferences the conferences will be even more difficult than the sec of today
