Post-pitch Stride Analysis?

How do I decipher the Post-pitch analysis to determine whether my stride was early/late/on time?

I know you can do this using the PCI, but that's pre-pitch and I'm usually focused on pitch to recognize how big or small it got.

So, I'm wondering if there's a way to determine my stride using the post-pitch info.

It's gotta mean something, right?

Thanks!

Re: Post-pitch Stride Analysis?

You can't do it post swing in my knowledge.

But turn the PCI on, so that it's visible. Then you can see it shrink and such.

But I'll go ahead and tell you the best time to start your stride is when the ball leaves the pitchers hand... even for guys with big leg kicks.
