Conference Prestige

Any word on whether conference prestige will be dynamic in NCAA 12? For example if I move the top 10 teams in the game all into the sun belt will it become an A+ conference.

I was also wondering about this. I would hope that since this is one of the big additions to the game that this would be something that they thought of.

I hope so, a couple of the pitches in NCAA 11 seemed broken to me and this was one of them

yeah i know in another thread the question was asked but we have yet to get an answer.
We can only hope because that would suck for recruiting if it wasnt dynamic

This is far worse than just having an unimproving pitch. The BCS uses conference prestige as a tie breaker so if you're undefeated (after having played 6 top 25 teams) coming from the Big12 but there's undefeated teams coming from the Big10 and SEC, even if they've only played 2 top 25 teams, they'll get the nod due to being in a more prestigious conference.

My friends and I had a big issue with this with our OD. Three years in a row three of us went undefeated, I was in the ACC, one was in the PAC 10, and the other was in the Big East, but all three years they had me, ACC, play my friend from the Pac 10, and I killed him all three years, while my friend from the Big East never got a sniff othe NC game. To make things worse, the guy from the Pac 10 always started off the season as the #1-5 ranked team, while myself and the other guy who never lost a game would start anywhere from #10-25.

Yeah I noticed the Pac-10 gets crazy love in some of my OD rankings.

I have seen the Pac 10 & SEC combine to have 7-8 of the pre-season top 10's before. Gotta pray that dynamic cp is in.
