What affects potential most?

I was looking through the latest roster update and in Franchise mode some players have odd potentials (Zach Britton is a D or F for example). Just wondering what stats one could tinker with to adjust potential.

Well, you can't really do anything to adjust potential. You can import a player with a potential you want that is better than a player's current potential when you start a franchise. You will also see a player's potential change periodically in the course of a franchise, but it's adjusted by the CPU.
