Some people will defend this marketing strategy and say it is smart. For the record, I may have an account on there I subscribe with or whatever but I don't even remember my account name, im automatically logged into it and I signed up for it years ago but never use it for anything, I never check the channels or anything like that, I just come here for news or video links, not FB or youtube, so if they think they are reeling in customers or something I doubt it is having the intended affect.
