Relief Pitcher Stamina ???

I tried to use the search function but came up empty, need a little help. Does the stamina of each relief pitcher need to be edited lower or just left alone and just need to use the relief pitcher slider??? If each pitcher needs to be edited lower, what's the most common stamina min and max range for them???

Usually 23 to 27 or so...
