Noah vs M Gasol

Been offered a trade of Noah for M Gasol, pretty new to the game, so need some advice. First season and I've got Ben Wallace as backup. Thoughts? Noah seems better stats wise IMO. Thoughts?

Stick with Gasol. Wallace can do what Noah offers. There's no point in having the two of the same player in your rotation. Gasol bangs and gives you some decent post offense. Also, he has a descent mid range jumper which Noah does not.

Re: Noah vs M Gasol

I would pull the trigger. Gasol is a solid all around center, but Noah is faster, and a better rebounder and defender. You won't get much offense from him, but it's not like you'll get 20 points from Gasol either. The difference in offensive production is minimal, but it's worth the defensive benefits.

Wallace cannot do what Noah does. That's why he's a back up.

But at the end of the day, it depends on who you have on your team. If you have a very defensive oriented PF, maybe keep Gasol. If you have a more offensive or rounded PF and potent offensive weapons on the wings, Noah is the better choice.

Cheers for the feedback mate, it's hard knowing what the best option is when your pretty new to the game. Just trial and error I guess.

Cheers for the feedback, real insightful which helps us newbie's so much lol. At PF I've got a rotation of T Gibson and T Young. So which would u suggest?

Re: Noah vs M Gasol

Thought I'd post my team....

Rose / CP3 / Mills
Iverson / Matthews / Created Player
Gay / Deng
Gibson / Young
Gasol (been offered Noah back, traded blindy earlier) / Wallace

New to the game so not sure what you will think...

I know having Paul and Rose is wack and unrealistic but it is a video game after all...meant for enjoyment.

Re: Noah vs M Gasol

I play with the Grizzlies all the time and M Gasol is so good in this game if you know how to play him. He has a very consistent mid range jumper which is nice for a 7 footer. He is great on defense, and his offense is above average.
GET GASOL

If you have Gibson starting at PF I'd keep Gasol for sure.

Re: Noah vs M Gasol

Yeah you need some scoring in the post. Gasol does that and has a good mid range shot.
