Microsoft E3 2011 Discussion Thread (Press - 6/6)

Yup and you can expect a COD segment too. A Gears video too. maybe a new Viva Pinata title too. Not sure what else. Microsoft is thin in 1st parts development thee days.

MS has a "weaker" traditional 1st party effort than Sony and Nintendo, but that's been true for years. It's likely that everyone except 343 Industries, Turn 10, and Lionhead have been working on kinect and XBLA development.

The 360 is where it is today because of the 3rd party multiplatform support anyways, so maybe there's some surprises there. MS will be all about the Kinect this year though, no way around it.

Hoping we see quite a bit of Forza 4 and Gears 3 SP should be interesting stuff.

Looking forward to this. I assume we'll see Gears 3 SP demo, MW3 demo, Forza 4 demo for sure. Maybe we'll see an announcement from 343i. Maybe an announcement from Respawn. I'm sure there will be an AC Revelations demo at E3, but I'm not sure if that will be shown at the MS conference.

I would assume we will see a host of Kinect titles as well as something new for the Dashboard in the "entertainment" department.

I don't think we will see anything on new Xbox hardware as the earliest release for it looks to be 2014.

Was there any word of Ubisoft having a press conference? Hopefully it's going to be better than just having James Cameron talk for an hour.
