When simming games in franchise, what do you put the injury slider at?

I sim a lot of games in my franchise, and am really curious where the injury slider should be. I have it at 6 for games I play, and got a lot of injuries when simming with it at 6. HustlinOwl has said to put it at 1, but I NEVER see injuries with it that low. I have it at 3 now, and saw one of my AAA guys get hurt for 2-3 months first game I simmed, but not too much since. What do you have the injury slider at?

I have mine at and so far two months in, i have had a quite a few ningling injuruies like 1 or 2 days, One AA Reliver out for 2-3 weeks, my Spot starter out for 2-3 weeks and my #2 Rotation guy Ted Lilly out for 2-3 months (on the same day )... This seems to be the level at which i like, I sim all of my games using sportscast manager...

You didn't say what number you have the slider at. Haha.

I have it at 2 for simmed games and am seeing a realistic number of injuries.

Sorry for the really dumb question, but where do I find the injury slider? And does it apply only to simmed games?

Thank you.

It's at the very bottom of the list of sliders - depending on what mode you are playing, the "My Sliders" menu choice is usually the same page as your settings.

And it applies to all games, it just seems like it needs to be high (like 7ish) for games you play and low (3ish) for games you sim.

Of course, if you do a 50/50 mix of sim and play, you might as well leave it at 5.

Sorry haha, i misspelt zero and went to fix it and must have forgot to rewrite it... But Zero yeah

Though i have it this low because i would rather under-do the injuries than over-do them, i didn't buy this game to play with a heap of no name players while the big names sit on the DL... But as i said it seems to be pretty balanced at zero so i'll leave it...
