PS2 Drafting a player into Madden Part Two

Alright. I am persistent. In my previous post I was trying to get a 1AA player with a 60 overall drafted into Madden 2004. Yes that is right 2004. It is still considered the best year for both Madden and Ncaa football. There was thought that the draft class is predetermined, but I think it can be manipulated. Only the top 11 players in the position of Strong Safety are selected for the draft. There is some fluctation in the last couple of spots, so my player is ranked number 66 in all of elgible strong safety players for the draft. I wish there was a way to program in the draft or eliminate his competition by deleting players higher ranked than him. It is hard to manipulate the rosters once in dynasty mode.
