STRONG GOALIE IN NET ALLOWS DUCKS TO EARN FIRST WIN BEATING THE WINGS 4-2

Detriot, Mi - The Ducks first game of the season and it was a great one.
One minute into the game and the Captain puts a nice back hand into the net assisited by Perry and Ryan. In the seconed period the ducks go up by 2 when they get a power play goal by an un suspected defensman Nathan Guenin assisted by Beauchemin and Vishnovsky. Another goal from Ryan and puts the duck up 4-0 untill the wings score 2 goals in the 3 period from Rafalski and Holmstrom.

Coach Randy Carlyle said "Great way to open up the year with a win especially against a good opponent in the red wings"

The Ducks will continue there 3 game road trip with a game against the Nashville Predators
