I think EA needs to change the name of MADDEN, really think it would help the game a lot. Look back at some other Games, that they updated and Changed the Name, and set records sells, and only real thing they done was changed the name, The name MADDEN has just got old, but am sure contract's are the reason why its still MADDEN. What would you change the to if you could?????

Madden has major name recognition. I don't think they should change it.

...and I love me some bacon!

Madden is such a recognizable brand, would take more than a marketing decision to change it I'd think.

Yea, its not that big of a Name for me or most, The ones that like it was a Madden him self fan, that might be my downfall was never a big Fan...

I remember talking to this dude at my job about 2K football when it was still being released. No matter how many times I said "NFL 2K5", he would respond with Madden. Madden is like Vaseline, Kleenex, Coke, Zerox... the name brand is synonymous with the product type.

HAHA he said Vick Pro Football. No way in everdome will the game be named after Michael Vick. Oh and Madden's name won't change.
