Least amount of time to get shot off?

Hi, just curious what is the least amount of time on the clock to get a shot off for a buzzer beater with the fastest release possible(Ray Allen's maybe?). I was thinking maybe .4? And if anyone knows what's the least amount for an ally oop also at the buzzer. Damn Hedo Turkoglu couldn't even get a shot off with one second to go .

0.3 seconds is most frequent number I hear in terms of being able to "catch and shoot". As far as alley-oops go for it occur in less than 0.3 seconds it would most likely have to be a tip-in and not a regular catch and finish.

Can a tip-in be done in this game like that?

Shawn Marion's alien/release is pretty damn quick IMO.
It looks like he flicks it from his chest. LOL
