Pittsburgh Pirates OSFM Feedback/Discussion

Thanks to a great deal of hard work by GoBucs, ChaseB, tree3five, and myself, we should have great representation of the Pirates minor league system in OS Full Minors. There are some limitations due to the limitations of The Show's roster setup, so I hope all can understand that some prospects could not make the cut for various reasons.

This thread will be home base... yuk, yuk, yuk... for Pirates specific Full Minors information, feedback, and discussion. I'll use the first post to keep everyone up to date on available extra players and how to get them -- I may file host them as a pack and/or put individual players in the vault.

Please continue to use the Pirates Edits thread for general editing discussion -- eg, updating stances/deliveries/equipment for SCEA players -- as this thread is specifically for information/feedback on the guys we created.

Yes, we are aware of the team policy and we are not "jagoffs". However, the overwhelming majority of OSFM users will not be playing with the Pirates or their affiliates. Considering players are not required to wear high socks at the MLB level and the relative rarity of high socks at the MLB level in general, the decision was made to assign the expected MLB style. I believe our equipment editor based these edits on footage from MLB spring training when players were not subject to the stipulation.

If you are unhappy with the decision, we apologize for the inconvience, but it should only take about 10 minutes to change the setting for all the players.

Luis Heredia will not be in the official release of OSFM due to his age. He's only 16 as of opening day and not even 17 until August.

However, we made him for those who want to import him into their roster and I will put him in the player vault. He's 18 in-game since that's as young as we could go and he has A potential.

GoBucs09 stated he will continue to make lower-level prospects and 2011 draft picks for those who wish to include them in the personal rosters. Again, the first post of this thread will be used to keep everyone updated on who is available and how to get them.

I've already created Anthony Rendon's face. Going to work on some more guys over the next few days, Gerrit Cole included.

Other guys inlcude Brooks Pounders, Zach Dodson and Trent Stevenson.

I'll also probably work on some lower minor guys like Adalberto Santos, Jared Lakind, Gregory Polanco and Nick Kingham.
