Is the game good?

Yeah, I want to hear impressions badly.

There was like little to no info about this game leading up to it's release, compared to what I would have expected out of EA.

All that smack talking by these devs about GT5, yet barely anything out there for info is odd. But I am very interested in this game.

If you watch the most recent trailer, they state they received reviews of:

9/10 from Official Xbox Magazine
9/10 from Electronic Gaming Monthly
9/10 from Playstation: The Official Magazine

But I have yet to read any of those reviews (can't find), so not sure if they paid for these advertisements or what. I'm waiting to read ign's review to get a good feel before I purchase this one...

You'd better wait for user reviews.IGN has the worst reviewers imho.

Woh this place is quiet. No one got it yet?

Seems like a real sleeper of a release considering how busy the Nascar boards are!

Especially considering it is an EA game going up against GT5, etc.

Eh I tend to trust ign over many of the other review sites. IGN scores are sometimes a bit high, but I feel they are realistic and I tend to actually read the review where the bulk of the information is. They nailed it for TDU2 and several sports games in the past. I do believe that they pick favorites, but it's fairly obvious when they do.
