Hidden Gems at PF or C?

I'm playing with the Bulls and I'm looking to either replace Boozer now or groom someone to take his place. Mainly offensively because Rose will be my workhorse on offense with an occasional score from my wings on breaks and my replacement in the half court. Who is worth trading for to groom? I prefer someone with height and young.

Also, how much does weight factor in this game?

I wouldn't mind Asik but his ratings at the present moment don't yet reflect his play in RL and it would be hard to progress him at this point with low shooting and post offense ratings.
