Question about creating players with real (scea) faces with attributes?

When you create a player to get the scea real face, where are you guys getting the attributes for the players? I keep getting players with no attributes, do I have to give them attributes? If so, where are you guys getting the numbers?

2 ways to go about it:

1. If you have any of the previous games (06-10), just right them down.
2. Give the player the attributes you see fit.

Nothing is done for you except the face, you have to change/enter everything else (including height, and weight, skin color).

Like YankeesGiants said, just write down the ratings/info from a previous game to get it the most "accurate"

Could I be doing something wrong because every missing player with mlb time i try to create from mlb 10 the show ends up with a face that needs editing. Can someone help with this?
