2011 Pac 10 Tournament

Last time this tournament will only be 10 teams.

I wouldn't be surprised if every higher seeed won each game. I fully expect Zona to win it.

Game 2: No. 7 Oregon vs. No. 10 Arizona State, approx. 8:40 p.m. PT FSN

Thursday, March 10
Game 3: No. 4 USC vs. No. 5 California, 12:10 p.m. PT FSN
Game 4: No. 1 Arizona vs. Winner of 8/9, approx. 2:40 p.m. PT FSN
Game 5: No. 2 UCLA vs. Winner of 7/10, 6:10 p.m. PT FSN
Game 6: No. 3 Washington vs. No. 6 Washington State, approx. 8:40 p.m. PT FSN

Friday, March 11
Game 7: Winner of Game 3 vs. Winner of Game 4, 6:10 p.m. PT FSN
Game 8: Winner of Game 5 vs. Winner of Game 6, approx. 8:40 p.m. PT FSN

I'll be up on this conference since I'm a Pac-10 guru, fan, and alum of Wazzu. I wouldn't be surprised to see Arizona State and Oregon State win on the first day because we've seen it before.

WSU vs. UW will be the most intriguing matchup on the second days. Cougs swept the Huskies during the regular season but it's hard to be a team twice.

My prediction is that Arizona will beat WSU in the finals but even Washington, USC, or UCLA could win it all.

Don't be surprised if a team like Cal or Wazzu wins the Pac-10 Tourney.
The Pac-10 is having an awful year and I don't think any of its teams will even make it to the Sweet Sixteen.

Awful year? When people say that, we always do well in the NCAA Tournament. We will see what happens this year dude. We may not have a lot of ranked teams but we've been beating ourselves us all season long.

There's a reason why there aren't a lot of ranked teams in the Pac-10.

I don't really have a college hoops team per say, but I do support Seton Hall as they're my favorite local team.

Seton Hall vs. Washington State on a neutral court= Hazell breaks all kinds of scoring records.
