I updated ncaa 11 with the the last patch up, but in the offseason of my dynasty my players don't improve at all. It says "minimum improvement", but no attributes have been multiplied.

Is there any way i can fix this? There is no point in playing a dynasty if my team and program isn't going to improve.

Had the same problem. You have to enter the access code that came with the game. If you bought it used you might have to purchase a new code if the previous owner already used it. Once you enter the code it will begin to download updates. The one that fixes this issue is the "Tuning Update". When you have this update all should be good.
