I'm making a list of players who after a couple years of simulating have a substantially higher overall that 2011. Heres my list so far.

Mario Chalmers. It's very unrealistic but he developed a lot for me and hardly even played. He went up 4 after the first year, I had to edit him back down as I know we won't progress that fast in real life.

Can't see why Trevor Ariza gets a big gain, he has hit his ceiling. Same with Andrew Bynum to some degree.
