I is there a way to save your plays for online play?

Whats up fellow ballers? I hope someone will be able to answer this. I have set plays that I run with my team and every time I play online matches I have to go to plays and pick my plays but you only get about 3 min and the person you are playing will automatically be looking out for plays. Is there a way that I can save my plays and dont have to worry about picking them when I play online? Oh and I have seen my plays that I run set to my playbook online but when i go to run the play none of them are there. That drives me crazy!!
