Creating a Playbook

So I have played this game forever, but have never experienced creating plays, etc. So I am hoping for a bit of guidance.

1. Do you create plays in the career, or do you create them in the Start menu?
2. Where do these plays show up in to add to your playbook?
3. Is that a simple process?

Sorry, but any help is greatly appreciated.

1. I usually create them in the Career menu, but you can do it in the main menu as well.
2. Under Created plays in the Play by Formation section of your playbook.
3. It's not too hard, just make sure you test the play before keeping it.

That's for creating plays, but you can also create your own playbooks or adapt existing ones and edit them. Just go to the Playbooks section and use an existing playbook as a base playbook and add or delete plays as you wish.

Re: Creating a Playbook

Awesome, thanks for the reply.

Is there a gauge on the # of plays one should add to the playbook, I see many playbooks with over 100 plays.

Can I continue to edit the playbook in the main menu after I start a career?

Thanks again!

There's a maximum of 200 plays you can have in your playbook.Offensive playbooks usually have 100-150 plays while defensive playbooks have 75-100. Just put in as many plays as think will work with your scheme. You can edit a created playbook at the main menu, but you can't put it in your dynasty after you start a career. So make sure you have the playbooks you want before you start a career.

Just remember....you got to get your players practice to learn the plays.
