Is the Fight NIght Champion Demo less responsive on PS3?

Punches aren't being thrown when trying to counter. At times it seems really unresponsive.

I can't remember how someone put it, but there is an input delay. For example with throwing a 4 punch combo You'll finish the commands for all four punches before they land. That may be why it seems unresponsive. Sorry if I'm not explaining it right or this is not what you're asking.

THANK YOU!

People keep posting on how fluid this game is and it's unbelievable since it lags so bad.

I wonder if this is just a PS3 issue...

I don't think it is. I'm playing the demo on the 360 and I notice it. It's not game-breaking, but it does take some getting use to. You're use to seeing what you do on the controller happen on the screen immediately, but in this case there is that delay. Kinda makes you stop for a split second to see how your opponent reacts so you can decide what to do next. This may not even be an issue when the full game is released.

And? Isn't that how video games are SUPPOSED to work???

What is with the low standards when it comes to this series...

I have the complete opposite feeling. I really dislike the 360 version.

I have the complete opposite feeling... I highly dislike ps3 version, the delay is more noticeable on ps3... Well maybe it's just my system, then again this is why I don't buy any sports game on my ps3 except the show!!!!!! Personal opinion....

I think it may just be a placebo effect. I think the game is extremely responsive (playing on PS3) - that was one of my positive points in my initial evaluation of the demo.
