I've searched the forums and around the net, and haven't been able to find any clear information about how staff improve/degrade over the years in Association.

My question: do the ratings (offense/defense/etc) go up based on potential? I've yet to see any changes in staff over two seasons. I have a feeling that the Teacher rating for coaches are important for off season progression.

I believe they progress over mulitple years.... you will probably see something after the 5th year.

I think its really slow. I've had progression with a C potential scout going from a C overall to a B over 4 simulated seasons in 2k10 if that helps.

well they do downgrade. I simmed dunleavy and the lakers for four seasons and his potential went to an F.

yeh what i think they should fix is that we should be allowed to bump an assistant coach to the head coach spot

Thanks for the information; coaches and staff progress/degress slowly over many years seems to be the consensous.
