Best PG prospects...

I was wondering who everyone thought was going to be the better prospect coming into the 2011 draft.

I know Kyrie Irving if healthy is #1 but who finishes out the list.

Between Brandon Knight and Kemba Walker. Knight has a considerable size advantage and is younger but Walker has been lighting it up this year. But which ones skill set translates better to the pros. I havent watched much of Brandon Knight this year but I have seen Kemba Walker put up some amazing games scoring the basketball. so I was just looking for some opinions.

Re: Best PG prospects...

I'll throw a few more names:

Josh Selby and Jimmer Fredette.

It's honestly a crap shoot in the PG field this year. You just don't know how any of them will pan out on the next level.

I look at all of their skill sets and I honestly can't really make any pointed predictions.

I believe all of the names mentioned in this thread will go in the first round. That's about as bold as I'll get

I could definitely be wrong on this, but I'm gonna say Walker will be the better of those 4 (not counting Irving). That's about as bold as I'll get lol. I haven't seen any of Fredette this season and I've seen very limited amount of Selby and don't think I've seen any of Knight either.

Re: Best PG prospects...

None of these guy are really true PG prospects imo, guys that can score but I don't see them being great passers/defenders. I haven't seen much of Irving tho to see what he can really do.

I haven't watched a whole lot of Knight in UK this year but I went to see him play in HS last year and he has a very nice outside game.

The only one I've seen play is Jimmer Fredette. He's a great shooter, but I don't see him making it as a pure-PG in the NBA. He's fun to watch play, tho.

Irving is about as pure of a point guard as you can be.
