Seryn how do you rate players? By a stat formula or by your best estimate?

I try to follow the guidelines posted here:

although I did make up a spreadsheet based off this that I try to follow.

(BTW, the latest version up on 2KShare will be the last version--that's as far as I will get for this year's roster. The smaller conferences still need a lot of work, but all the big conferences, top players, and top mid-majors are done).
