HOLLY MOLLLY RTTS- realism

ok, so i created a power hitting 1B, was drafted by the rays and ended up spending 4 years in SD as their best hitter, since i have not had 6 years service time i was still property of the pads..... my contract i signed was 2 years with the second year being an option year...... so i finish up the first year, and SD picks up the option for the second year.... then i leave to go to the bathroom and when i get back it says i was traded to the red sox.... lol, kind of like a-gon no? (ps i was the best hitter on SD, and carried them to 2 WS, no one else had any thing close to a bat (just like real SD minus the WS wins)

lol, just thought it was interesting

has any trade happened in RTTS or franchise, that was completely random but was actually close to a trade that was really made in the MLB? (dosent have to be player for player (ie prospects) (just say cliff lee to- durring the season))

I think I know what you mean. There's been times especially in '10 in franchise where trades and acquisitions have been made in the game by other teams randomly that have actually gone down in real life. I always was mind boggled by that. Pretty sick.

This isn't a trade, but I looked at the Tigers roster in my Yankees franchise, which is currently in the '11 season, and they had Brad Penny, just like they do now. I was like, huh, that's scary good.
