How do you play with a friend on PC?

Me and my buddy are trying to play online and we can't figure out how to make/join a game against each other. All we can see are online leagues and the crew mode. HELP!

It won't show up in the menus, 2k hid it (sigh). I use a 360 controller and it's the X (shoot) button. Go to the help menu (it's the timeout button on my controller) and you'll find it.

Hitting X only brings up the "who's online" page with the map of the country, nothing about lobbies. Same thing when I hit the 6 key to access the help options

This is the menu you're looking for you just need to turn page (you can find the appopriate button in the hep menu).

The "who's online" section? When I see the map of the country there's no option to switch.

In the menu I hit X which brings me to the map, but there's no option to turn the page or tab over to anything.

Are you playing it on PC or 360? Because I think its different on PC.
