Help Please! Need Responses!

Hey everyone.. I've been visiting OS for a long while now, but this is my first post. I've looked through the whole 2k Roster forum and found this question asked many times in one way or another, but no answers.

So pretty much everyone agrees that the Living Rosters are broken, and ruin the gameplay. Well I'm DYING to start my Association and I need to know, from your experiences, which 2k Share rosters (Xbox 360) will provide the best experience for an Assaociation? Which will result in the most realistic experience on the court?

Please, help me with this! Tell me which roster you recommend (again, 360), and if you don't mind, why you prefer it over the others.

..also, instead of me starting another thread, which draft class is the best, and are there certain ones that will work out (as far as player ratings, potential, etc..) better with certain rosters?
