BOISE STATE RULES

Because BSU is already a 6* Prestiage, I don't have any recruiting restricitions on Caliber of Player Coach Pete will try and sign but I will only go after players who have me in their Top-10 or players who have no scholarship offers after Week 8.

EASTERN WASHINGTON RULES

Becuase EWU is a 2* Prestiage, I can only recruit 1* ahead so in Year 1 I can sign 3* or less. Once I improve them to 3*, I can sign 4*, and so on. With EWU, I can only recruit guys in my Pipeline and players who have me in their Top-10, or don't have a scholarship offer by Week 8.

Re: 2 Teams=2 Dreams (BSU and EWU Quest for Perfection)

3 NEW TEAMS WILL COMPETE IN THE FBS

After playing for the 2010 FCS Championship, the Eastern Washington Eagles have accepted a Invite to join the WAC Conference for the 2011 Season.

For years Appalachian State has dominated the FCS Ranks, upsetting FBS teams, including a win over Michigan. Now the Mountaineers will get a chance to do it weekly as they accept a invite to join the ACC.

The Villanova Wildcats have played in Division I Basketball for years in the Big East, now their Football team will have a chance to compete with the big boys as they move into the MAC Conference.

SEE YA LATER

With EWU,Appy State and Villanova joining the FBS Ranks, we say goodbye to the 3 teams they replaced.

All 3 teams will rejoin the FCS Ranks and hopes of someday getting a chance to come back.

Re: 2 Teams=2 Dreams (BSU and EWU Quest for Perfection)

Good Evening and Welcome to "ESPN THE OCHO". For the past year Conference Realignment has been the talk of College Football, as teams across the nation look to move up to a BCS AQ Conference and a better shot at playing for the National Title. Last night we learned that 3 new teams will be joining those list of teams as tey move up to the FBS Ranks. Every Conference saw changes as several got a complete overhaul including new names!!.. Lets take a look at what has happened.

THE CAROLINA DIVISION (ATLANTIC)

North Carolina
NC State
Wake Forest
Duke
Appalachian State**
East Carolina

THE VIRIGINIA DIVISION (COASTAL)

Virginia
Virginia Tech
West Virginia
Marshall
Maryland
BC

Ryan Dezaron Comments "I like the Geographical layout of the new divisions, however I think the Carolina division looks weak as UNC will have a chance to dominate if they can get by NC State. I am also looking foward to the WVU vs V.T. matchup every year. It will be interesting to see how Appalichian State does, getting to go about against ECU,Duke,Wake Forest,Marshall and Virginia should give them a chance to compete and earn a spot in a Bowl Game"

Prediction-UNC is the 2010 Champ

(ONCE KNOWN AS THE BIG EAST/ WILL STILL GET AUTOMATIC BCS BID)

KANSAS
K-STATE
IOWA
IOWA STATE
ILLINOIS
NORTHWESTERN
INDIANA
NORTHERN ILLINOIS

Ryan Dezaron comments "A Complete new Conference with instate rivalaries, former Big 12 and Big 10 rivalaries and other then NIU the remaining 7 all keep BCS Conference ties. I like it. Should be very interesting to see if Illinois/Northwestern and Indiana can make a name for themselves here, and how well will Kansas/K-State and Iowa State do against Iowa."

Prediction-Iowa will be the 2010 Champ

OHIO STATE
NEBRASKA
WISCONSIN
PITT
PENN STATE
MISSOURI
NOTRE DAME
MICHIGAN STATE
MICHIGAN
MINNESOTA
PURDUE

Ryan Dezaron comments "Obviously with the additions of Nebraksa,Pitt,Missouri and Notre Dame the Big 10/11 now rivals the SEC as the toughest in College Football. The Big loser in this is Michigan who is now picked to finish in the bottom half of the Conference.

Prediction-Ohio State is 2010 Champ.

(Once known as the Big 12)

NORTH

COLORADO
UTAH
WASHINGTON
WASHINGTON STATE
OREGON
OREGON STATE

SOUTH

CAL
STANFORD
USC
UCLA
ARIZONA
ARIZONA STATE

Ryan Dezaron Comments "Welcome Colorado and Utah. This is the only Conference that is actually what it will be in real life in the 2011 season."

Predictions- Oregon wins the North and Stanford wins the South. Oregon wins the Championship and a spot in the National Title game, unless they get a non-conference upset.

(Formly known as the BIG 12/PAC-10)

TEXAS
TEXAS TECH
TEXAS A&M
BAYLOR
TCU
HOUSTON
SMU
ARKANSAS
OKLAHOMA
OKLAHOMA STATE

Ryan Dezaron comments"The biggest surprise here is Arkansas leaving the SEC to join the new conference. They have instant rivalaries with several teams, their biggest TAMU. Will be interesting to see without a Conference Championship game, who will come out on top. I like the new name, taking on the Rivalary name of the Texas/Oklahoma Red River shootout"

Prediction Texas is crowned the 2010 champs, but it will be a tough battle with TCU, Oklahoma and Arkansas making some noise.

EAST

FLORIDA
FLORIDA STATE
MIAMI FL
USF
TENNESSEE
GEORGIA TECH

WEST

ALABAMA
AUBURN
CLEMSON
SOUTH CAROLINA
GEORGIA
LSU

Ryan Dezaron Comments "I like the moves here. Clemson and South Carolina hate each other and now we will truely get to see who the best team in Florida is. Georgia goes to the West to stay with former SEC foes, well Georgia Tech goes to the East to stay with former ACC foes, but we all know they play everyone.

Prediction Alabama will win the West, well Florida will win the East.
However I think this will be a battle.

SOUTHERN (FORMER EAST)

MISSISSIPPI STATE
OLE MISS
SOUTHERN MISS
VANDERBILT
MIDDLE TENNESSEE
MEMPHIS

NORTHERN (FORMER WEST)

WESTERN MICHIGAN
EASTERN MICHIGAN
CENTRAL MICHIGAN
LOUISVILLE
KENTUCKY
WESTERN KENTUCKY

Ryan Dezaron comments "I like the breakdown of these 2 divisions. We got instate rivalaries in Missisippi and Tennessee and then we have Micigan and Kentucky. This is a total overhaul for both divisions

Prediction-I think we will see a former SEC showdown with Miss State winning the Southern and Kentucky winning the Northern if they can get by Louisville. with Miss State winning the Conference Championship.

BOISE STATE
NEVADA
FRESNO STATE
HAWAII
UTAH STATE
BYU
UNLV
SAN DIEGO STATE
UTEP

Ryan Dezaron Comments "It's the WAC 2.0, as 5 teams from the WAC move up and only 3 teams from the old MWC remain. UTEP takes TCU spot so the Conference will still play in Texas. Utah State gets to move in and replace Colorado State, so that BYU will have a natural rival, however I am sure BSU will become one."

Prediction-BSU dominates the Conference just like they use to with the WAC. The Broncos will need solid wins over Virginia Tech and Oregon State if they want a BCS Bowl game

EASTERN WASINGTON**
IDAHO
NEW MEXICO
NEW MEXICO STATE
COLORADO STATE
WYOMING
SAN JOSE STATE
NORTH TEXAS
RICE

Coach Dezaron comments "This Conference is wide open. Having played well in the FCS for years, EWU has the potential to make a huge impact on this conference right away and has a instant rival in Idaho. . North Texas and Rice give it a chance to play in Texas, well San Jose State insures a trip into California for recruiting purposes as well."

THE OHIO DIVISION (EAST)

CINCINNATI
OHIO
BOWLING GREEN
TOLEDO
MIAMI OH
AKRON
KENT STATE

NORTHERN DIVISION (WEST)

UCONN
SYRACUSE
RUTGERS
BUFFALO
TEMPLE
VILLANOVA**

Ryan Dezaron comments "Cincy should dominate the Ohio Divison for a couple of years, and could a a invite back to a BCS Conference. The North should be a battle as between former Big East foes, in Syracuse/Rutgers/UConn. I hope Nova can compete with matchups against Buffalo and Temple as well as the smaller Ohio Schools

Prediction- Cincy vs UConn with Cincy being crowned the 2010 champs.

(ALSO KNOWN AS THE INDEPENDENTS)

ARMY
NAVY
AIR FORCE

ARKANSAS STATE
TULANE
TROY
TULSA
UAB
UCF
FAU
FIU
LA TECH

Ryan Dezaron "Another Conference that gets a pretty big overhaul. UCF,Tulsa,Tulane and UAB will look to dominate the current Sun Belt Teams well La Tech finally doesn't have to travel to all the WAC schools and should make some noise.

(Note if you are a ULM or ULL fan you could easily sub them back in for FIU and FAU)

Prediction-Tulsa is crowned 2010 Champs.
