How many people use normal or slow speed?

I always have it on very fast but it seems like everyone i talk to uses normal or slow.I feel like everything looks to unrealistic like a slow frame rate or something unless i have it on very fast.What are the benefits to using the slower speeds or is it just a difficulty thing.I feel like its way to easy to pass even with very fast speed setting.(i play with pretty tough sliders,i think i do anyway,User Pass is 25/14/25 and cpu pass defence is 80/40/46.
Just wonderin on everyones thoughts about the speed settings and how much changing from very fast would affect the difficulty,i assume it would get easier but i dunno.thx

Animations are definitely smoother on slow, I find it easier to run the ball and evade pressure on slow, but I've also found my receivers don't get open as fast on slow.
