Why Am I SCORING 120-140 Points A Game!?

Can someone please help me out vie played 5 games so far in my season mode and vie been socoring really high and its not fun and not realistic and im using sliders sets.

Could it be...

- you're holding down the right trigger incessantly to speed your players up constantly...

- you're not running plays but rather one pass and shot...

- you're playing 12 minute quarters when you could really play 10...

- you're not really trying to play simulation basketball, but have the kind of skills that enable you to beat the game because you have the controller down to near perfection...

- you're not using sliders that are challenging enough...

Just play on HOF and you're high scoring offense will be gone.

I play on all-star with some slider sets that ive been testing out

yeah i rearly run plays so im for now im gonna start

- im playing 12 minute quarters when i could really play 10...

and i play on 12 so im gonna test out 10mins or 11mins

or it could be the slider set that im using thanks for your response

Check your sliders first. My scoring games are between 98 and 105 average. Use the plays it is much easier to win and the most important thing is patience!!!!!!

My trick, I adjusted all the coach profiles and dropped Tempo down 10 points on each (might be a little much, maybe 5-8 would be perfect). I've also dropped game speed down to 48 and player speed to 42. I'm thinking that might have dropped down just a bit too much. The high scoring teams in the league are getting just over 100 ppg.

But, it's definitely better than 120-140ppg which I was getting with every setting other than what I've just done. Try it.
