Best non star defenders

Who are your picks for best defenders that aren't hard to sign like kobe or other star players.
On ball I like Shannon Brown, I just put him on opposing players and he can completely shut them down unless they have a height advantage.

In the paint year 2 Anthony Randolph is really good.

Corey Brewer is a pretty good defender. I somethings have a difficult time driving past him with Kobe. Matt Barnes, and Ron are good also. Terrance Williams is also particularly good. And you get the added bonus of a high-flying finisher also. CJ Gibson, with the bulls, is a pretty good on-ball defender as well. He even has a 85 steal rating.

a couple off my head Seflolosha for the thunder, doesn't offer much offensively, but a good defender off the bench. One of the smartest defenders who always puts himself in a good position defensively is Battier and he has an outside shot, like a poor man's Bruce Bowen.

yea, I've turned Nets SF Terrence Williams into my team superstar. He can defend surprisingly well, very quick, has really good speed, good vertical, one of the better rebounding small forwards, has a perimeter shot, and can slash and dash to through the lane like Andre Iguodala.

i like terrence williams alot, especially after the perimeter defense training camp. ive also added aaron afflalo and kirk hinrich, they arent great athletes but both are really good on the ball defenders plus really good spot up shooters

Kirk hinrich surprised me, I trade him away from my wizards team and was really missing his defense and spot up shooting. Didn't like his contract though.

i can never get his name right, but Mbou Moute (haha) from the Bucks...played college at UCLA. Great defender.

I also like Matt Barnes...coincidentally, he went to UCLA too.

With the Magic I have traded for Jeff Green and put him on the superstars I play. He is good in the perimeter and good enough in the post. His length helps a lot. Also Machail(sp) Pietrus can stick with anyone as well.
