Giving players instructions

In NBA2K10 I could tell players to Post Up or Get Free etc.

Is this possible in 2K11 ?

There are times when I want to get a player like Dwight Howard to post up but he just stands around at the top of the key ?

I liked this feature in 2K10, don't tell me it's missing ?

I miss that option too. It doesn't exsist in 2K11, you can do the quick post up, but for me when I do this the C is usually the one to post up but on my team the C is not an offensive threat. Save a quick post up play for D12 which doesn't take much time.

Yeah I hate that they tok that out this year. Iliked being able to post up any player of mine or have a player come off of a screen. I dont know why they had to get rid of that.
