what team should i use?

Thunder is fun to build to NBA SUPREMACY.

Clippers are fun, because you could literally trade away EVERYONE but Gordon, Griffin, and Kaman and would still be realistic.

Lakers are fun too, because they fall off around year 2013 as Kobe gets older, so its fun to make moves and try to keep the elite NBA team from becoming the worst NBA team.

Try out the Pacers...they are playing really good basketball IRL this season, fun team to watch.

Danny Granger will be ur leading scorer, you got Hibbert who is a big time future star as a big man. Rush has outstanding perimeter defense and can shoot the ball. Newly acquired PG in Darren Collison is a sure star in the making as well. PF is their weakspot in the starting 5, but Hansborough gives u solid minutes off the bench to help out.

Also, after this season they have a TON of cap space so you can go out and try to sign a fairly big name player to help score along side Granger next season and IMO make a solid run in the playoffs next year, possibly even as far as the Conference Championship(depending who you sign in FA)

My Clippers team by year 2. We have a tough time defending the 3pt line, but we kill it on the inside.

I was thinking the Bulls, since they have a strong nucleus of Rose/Boozer/Noah, but I have to admit, the Pacers idea is tempting too. Not sure what I will end up doing.

I also wanted to try out the My Player mode, but it sounds like you come into the game pretty crappy. If I could make myself into 75-80 overall PG or SG in year 1, I think i would have a lot of fun with it. I just got the game so I need to play around more and see if that is even possible.
